Joining a group, the difference between an audition and a trial lesson, and what happens after you apply.
How do we get started?
Create a family account, add a dancer profile and choose a group to apply for a free audition. A teacher will arrange the time and place. Creating an account alone does not submit an application or enrol a dancer.
Are an audition and a trial lesson the same?
No. An audition is a free assessment and consultation for admission to a regular group. A trial lesson is one separately paid class. It is available only after that dancer completes an audition and is approved for the relevant discipline.
How do payments work?
Online card payments are not connected yet. The account submits a pass or ticket request, which a staff member confirms after payment at the school. Before paying, confirm the total price, validity period, included services and cancellation terms. The payment demonstration does not charge money or issue a real pass.
Can I freeze a pass?
Passes cannot be frozen. Contact the school about missed lessons or cancelling tuition. The absence of a freezing option does not itself prohibit refunds: the terms of the specific service and applicable consumer rights are considered separately.
